Keith Plott is known by all who love him for his warm personality and his undeniable heart for God.
As a young boy from Kannapolis N.C. sitting in church one sunday morning Keith knew he needed this eternal salvation the preacher was talking about . Romans 10:9
He asked Jesus into his heart that very day and things have'nt been the same since !
Currently, Keith is engaged in a solo career.
He has sung bass for groups such as Brian Free and Assurance and Danny Funderburk and Mercy's Way. Keith has to his credit multiple Southern Gospel Music Fanfare Awards and a Southern Gospel Music Association Dove Award. He received the Arkansas Traveler from the Governor and the Kentucky Colonel Award. He has performed at the Grand Ole Opry and The National Quartet Convention. Keith is well known for his wide vocal range and smooth style. He also has been blessed to have three number one songs .His first number one is off his self titled cd which was the song I hear my Father calling me written by Aaron Wilburn. Two songs from his latest cd entitled There is One made their debut at number one in two different styles. The song Thats the Truth went to the number one spot for Southern Gospel and the title song There is One went to the number one spot on Country Gospel both songs were written by Greg Day. His mentors include George Younce, Tim Riley, Kenny Hinson, and Jimmy Jones of The Harmonizing Four.
Keith makes his home in Williamston, S.C. with his wife, (high school sweetheart) Bobbi. They have two children, Adam and Elizabeth. Adam and his wife, Jobeth have a daughter, Addison. Elizabeth is in her second year of college and wants to be a missionary.
Keith loves spending time with his family, spoiling his beautiful granddaughter and going fishing.
